We have great news for our families! The Settlement is happy to announce that we will have open enrollment for our 2024-2025 full-time Kindergarten program starting March 4th, 2024. This will be our eighth year of having a full-time Kindergarten class. The class will follow the Clarksville-Montgomery Country school calendar. In the coming weeks, we will provide additional and updated documents/information for our interested parents.
TUITION AND FEE POLICY
Application Fee: There will be a $50 application fee upon acceptance of registration paperwork. (non refundable)
Enrollment Fee: There is a $300 enrollment fee that reserves your child's place in class. This fee covers all books, meals and art supplies throughout the school year. The enrollment fee is due no later than June 1, 2024.

Technology Fee: The $100 technology fee paid by August 1. This covers the computer, internet and online class fees.

Annual Tuition: There are four options for payment for your families convenience, the yearly tuition is $6700: This payment can be paid using options off of payment plan. For your convenience you may also pay using another option, which includes an extra charge. ex. weekly $175
Payment calendar will be handed out on first day of school, during parent meeting.
*The first Kindergarten payment is due on August 5th, 2024.
Before and After School Care: There is NO charge, it is part of the Kindergarten program tuition. This will provide a weekly savings of $85 to your budget.
Meals: Included.
Additional Care Fees: There will be a $15 Drop In Fee per day for holidays that are not on The Settlement calendar (MLK day, President’s Day, Veterans’ Day, Wednesday before Thanksgiving). This is also to include any inclement weather days (snow day) and teacher in-service days. Fall and Spring break weeks are available at an additional cost.
Late Payment /Check Return Penalties: Late payments will incur a $15.00 a day add-on after Tuesday of each week. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 check charge and any additional fees the school should obtain. After the second returned check, all fees must be paid in cash.
